Drawings, specs, RFIs, daily logs and site photos from finished jobs usually sit in an archive. Mercor runs a marketplace that licenses this kind of data. We're an independent UK referrer: tell us about your firm and, if it looks like a fit, we'll introduce you.

Check if your records qualify

Mercor lists potential company earnings of $115k-$1M depending on project count and imagery. That is Mercor's own figure, not a promise or guarantee from us. Any terms are set by Mercor.

What qualifies

  • Completed projects with full closeout. Jobs that have been handed over, with the records kept.
  • 50 or more employees. Mercor's listing is for companies of roughly 50 to 2,000 staff.
  • Documents and/or site imagery. For example drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily logs, inspection reports, punch lists, site photos, video or drone surveys.

General contractors, specialty subcontractors, architecture and engineering firms, inspectors and property managers can all hold records like these.

How it works

  1. You tell us who you are

    A short form below: your name, company, role and the system your records live in.

  2. We introduce you to Mercor

    Only with your consent, we pass your details to Mercor. We don't sell them or pass them to anyone else.

  3. Mercor scopes it

    Mercor scopes the data, signs the NDA, removes or protects personal information and runs the export.

  4. You decide

    Whether to license anything is your call, based on what Mercor offers.
